Our agency division, Ignite OPM, is looking for an experienced and motivated and analytical Account Manager. Ignite is a leading performance marketing agency specializing in affiliate and social influencer marketing. 



The Media Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Ignite’s Media Team in identifying key affiliate and influencer partners for each of our clients through publisher recruitment, onboarding and relationship management. This individual will be responsible for identifying key media opportunities for each of our clients and nurture them into active affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in online marketing, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.



  • Generate publisher recruitment leads based upon target client criteria, cultivating new partnerships through outbound recruitment efforts

  • Partner with the media team to deliver client lead volume to achieve recruitment targets

  • Identify key points of contact for target publishers & vet all incoming publisher applications

  • Serve as the publisher’s point-of-contact for questions relating to client’s marketing initiatives & program structure, assisting with onboarding & launch

  • Assist in all client launches and regular gap analysis, ensuring the greatest number and value of publishers are promoting each of our clients

  • Develop and optimize publisher recruitment emails and cadences to ensure the greatest response rates

  • Develop and send monthly publisher newsletters via external newsletter tools

  • Build strong relationships with existing publishers; maintain consistent communication through the use of newsletters, email, & phone calls

  • Provide weekly performance updates to internal team that include upcoming recruitment initiatives, publisher order inquiries & paid media results

  • Monitor publisher search fraud across all clients

  • Perform client deep dives and communicate with media team on publisher gaps
  • Work with Media Management on various ad hoc projects



  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1-3 years’ experience in account support or affiliate management; prior affiliate experience a plus

  • Well versed in the Microsoft Product Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote);  knowledge of pivot tables is a plus

  • HTML experience is a plus

  • Strong communication & written skills

  • Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to utilize analytical skills in order to evaluate a current project, make suggestions to improve, and implement changes quickly

  • Ability to multitask & juggle multiple projects at one time
