Our agency division, Ignite OPM, is looking for an experienced and motivated and driven Media Manager. Ignite is a leading performance marketing agency specializing in affiliate and social influencer marketing. 



The Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategy of Ignite’s publisher channel. By cultivating & maintaining strong relationships with Ignite’s publishers base, the Media Manager will identify key opportunities that align with client’s campaign objectives & deliver the best possible ROI.

This person will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution for large scale content publisher recruitment and paid media opportunities. The Media Manager will be tasked with identifying key publishers based upon client targets, establishing relationships and developing strategy for each client. Previous knowledge of the affiliate or digital advertising space is preferred.



  • Drive media strategy in collaboration with Account Management team to drive brand awareness, online traffic and sales to reach client KPI goals

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the client’s affiliate program through various tracking platforms (Impact Radius, ShareASale, PepperJam, etc.)

  • Serve as the publisher’s point-of-contact for campaign setup, launch and ongoing optimizations

  • Analyze program data to drive optimization recommendations to improve program performance

  • Cultivate new partnerships with large scale publishers through outbound recruitment efforts and various networking events

  • Build strong relationships with existing top performing publishers; maintain consistent communication through emails & monthly phone calls

  • Provide weekly internal performance updates to highlight recruitment initiatives & launch timelines

  • Work with client to deliver creative assets for approved opportunities; ensure campaign implementation moves in accordance with communicated launch timeline




    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2-3 years’ experience in affiliate or digital advertising
    • BD or sales experience is a plus
    • Well versed in the Microsoft Product Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote)
    • Strong communication & written skills
    • Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to utilize analytical skills to evaluate a current project, make suggestions to improve, and implement changes quickly
    • Ability to multitask & juggle multiple projects at one time
