Managing Gaia’s Affiliate Program is exciting for the Ignite OPM team because it’s a new challenge to familiar territory. A subscription-based model is nothing new to the Ignite OPM team, but the exciting leanings from this program will be utilizing our publisher database to create engaging placements to match each topic Gaia covers. Because we are providing full program management, initial objectives are to conduct a thorough program audit, increase the cookie window to attract more publishers, on-board new publishers, and optimize existing partnerships to ensure consistent program growth… and we’re just getting started!
